1. Introduction & Acceptance

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between hibj ("we", "us", "the platform", "hibj") and you ("you", "the player", "the user") in connection with your use of the hibj online betting and casino platform accessible at hibj.io and any associated mobile or downloadable applications. hibj is operated as an online gaming and sports betting service primarily serving the Bangladesh market.

By accessing the hibj platform in any capacity — including browsing without an account, registering as a new player, logging in to an existing account, depositing funds, placing bets, playing casino games, or claiming any promotional offer — you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them. 2. Eligibility & Registration

By completing the registration process, you represent and warrant that you are 21 years of age or older. hibj strictly prohibits underage gambling. We reserve the right to request documentary proof of age at any stage, and accounts found to belong to individuals under the age of 21 will be immediately suspended. Any funds held in such accounts will be reviewed and returned in accordance with our compliance procedures after deduction of any winnings derived from gameplay.

Geographic Eligibility: The hibj platform is directed primarily at adult players located in Bangladesh. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that accessing and using hibj is lawful in your jurisdiction. hibj makes no representation that the platform is suitable or available for use in any jurisdiction other than Bangladesh.

Registration Process: To open a hibj account, you must provide accurate and complete personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, mobile phone number (including country code), and a valid payment method. You agree to keep all registration information current and accurate. Providing false information during registration constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure.

Verification (KYC): hibj may at any time request Know Your Customer (KYC) documentation to verify your identity. Acceptable documents include a National Identity Card (NID), passport, or other government-issued identification. We may also request proof of address and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide requested documents within the specified timeframe may result in account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals until verification is complete.

One Account Policy: Each individual is permitted to hold only one hibj account. Operating multiple accounts — regardless of the name, email address, phone number, device, or IP address used — is strictly prohibited and will result in all related accounts being suspended and balances being reviewed for forfeiture.

3. Account Management

Account Security: You are entirely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your hibj login credentials, including your username, password, and any OTP codes sent to your registered mobile number. You must not share your credentials with any third party under any circumstances. hibj will never request your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel.

Unauthorised Access: If you suspect that your hibj account has been accessed by an unauthorised party, you must notify us immediately at [email protected]. hibj accepts no liability for losses resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure, except where such losses arise from our own negligence.

Account Closure: You may request the closure of your hibj account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon account closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to your registered payment method after standard security checks. Accounts may also be closed by hibj at any time for breach of these Terms, suspected fraud, or failure to complete KYC verification.

Dormant Accounts: An account is considered dormant if no login activity has been recorded for a continuous period of 12 months. hibj reserves the right to apply an inactivity fee of ৳200 per calendar month to dormant accounts once the balance falls below ৳500. You will be notified by email before any inactivity fees are applied. Reactivating your account requires a successful login and may require re-verification of your identity.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

Accepted Payment Methods: hibj accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). hibj does not charge fees for standard deposits or withdrawals, although your payment provider may apply their own charges.

Minimum Deposit: The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. Deposits below this threshold will not be credited to your account and will be returned to the originating payment method.

Maximum Deposit: Maximum single-transaction and daily deposit limits apply and are displayed in the cashier section of your hibj account. These limits may vary by payment method and account verification status.

Withdrawal Processing: Withdrawal requests are processed within 24 hours during standard business hours (Bangladesh Standard Time, UTC+6). Withdrawals submitted during peak periods or requiring additional security checks may take up to 72 hours. Withdrawals are returned to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit. If the original deposit method is no longer available, hibj may request alternative payment details along with supporting verification documents.

Minimum Withdrawal: The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Requests below this threshold will not be processed.

Withdrawal Conditions: Withdrawals may only be requested after the player has satisfied all applicable bonus wagering requirements on any bonus funds included in their balance. Attempting to withdraw funds that remain subject to active wagering requirements will result in the bonus and associated winnings being voided, with only the original real-money deposit amount returned.

Anti-Money Laundering: hibj is committed to preventing money laundering and financial crime. All transactions are monitored for suspicious activity. hibj reserves the right to delay or refuse any withdrawal pending investigation, and may be required to report suspicious activity to relevant authorities. Depositing funds with no intent to wager — a practice commonly known as "money laundering through a gaming platform" — is strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension and reporting to law enforcement.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

Welcome Bonus: New players at hibj may be eligible for a welcome bonus of up to ৳20,000 on their first qualifying deposit. The welcome bonus is subject to a minimum deposit requirement, a wagering requirement (the bonus amount multiplied by a specified multiplier), a minimum odds restriction on sports bets, eligible game restrictions for casino play, and an expiry period. Full bonus terms are displayed during the claim process.

General Bonus Conditions: All bonuses offered by hibj are subject to the following general conditions unless the specific promotion states otherwise:

• Bonuses are credited to your account only after the qualifying deposit has cleared.
• Only one bonus may be active in your account at any given time, unless explicitly stated otherwise by the promotion.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the time period specified for each bonus. Bonus funds and associated winnings that remain unwagered at expiry will be forfeited.
• Free spins, if awarded, are valid on specified slot games only and expire within the timeframe stated on the promotion.
• Cashback offers are calculated on net losses during the stated promotional period and are credited as bonus funds subject to applicable wagering requirements.
• hibj reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Any player found to be abusing bonus offers — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts, using automated tools, or systematically exploiting low-margin games to clear wagering requirements — will have their bonus voided and may have their account suspended.

6. Betting Rules

Sports Betting: All sports bets placed on the hibj sportsbook are subject to the specific betting rules applicable to the relevant sport and market. These rules are published in the help section of the sportsbook and cover settlement procedures, postponed or abandoned events, void bets, and the handling of errors.

Odds: All odds displayed on the hibj platform are quoted in decimal format unless your account preference is set otherwise. Odds are subject to change at any time before a bet is confirmed. The odds at the moment of confirmation of your bet are the odds that will apply to the settlement of that bet.

In-Play Betting: In-play (live) betting is available on selected events. hibj reserves the right to suspend in-play betting markets at any time during an event. In-play bets confirmed after the relevant event outcome has been determined (due to technological latency or error) will be voided.

Bet Confirmation: A bet is only considered accepted when you receive a bet confirmation reference number from hibj. Bets that do not generate a confirmation reference are not valid and will not be settled. It is your responsibility to verify that your bets have been correctly confirmed before the relevant event commences.

Maximum Winnings: hibj applies maximum payout limits per event and per market. These limits are displayed in the sportsbook terms. Bets that would result in payouts exceeding the applicable limit will have their potential winnings capped at the stated maximum.

Errors and Technical Faults: In the event of a manifest error in odds or market data — including but not limited to pricing errors caused by data feed failure — hibj reserves the right to void affected bets and refund stakes. This right applies regardless of whether bets have already been settled.

7. Casino Games

Game Availability: The hibj casino offers a library of over 500 games sourced from certified third-party software providers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Play'n GO, Spribe, and Ezugi. Game availability may vary and hibj reserves the right to add, remove, or modify any game in the library without prior notice.

Random Number Generators: All non-live casino games on the hibj platform use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. Published Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages are accurate and reflect the theoretical long-term payout percentage of each game over millions of rounds.

8. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the hibj platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of account balances, and referral to relevant authorities where appropriate:

• Fraud: Using stolen, cloned, or fraudulently obtained payment methods to fund your account.
• Underage Gambling: Registering or attempting to register as a player while under the age of 21.
• Multiple Accounts: Opening or operating more than one hibj account at the same time, regardless of the identity or device used.
• Collusion: Cooperating with other players to manipulate the outcome of any game or betting market, including chip-dumping in poker or pre-arranged betting strategies in sports markets.

• Money Laundering: Using the hibj platform to launder proceeds of criminal activity, including depositing funds and withdrawing them without genuine wagering activity.
• Harassment: Using hibj's communication channels to harass, threaten, or abuse our staff or other players.

9. Responsible Gaming

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, hibj and its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the hibj platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of business, or loss of goodwill, even if hibj has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

hibj's total aggregate liability to you in connection with these Terms, regardless of the nature of the claim, shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your hibj account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

hibj does not warrant that the platform will be available without interruption, that it will be free from errors or defects, or that defects will be corrected. Access to the hibj platform may be suspended temporarily for maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to internet infrastructure failures, natural disasters, and government-directed service interruptions.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes hibj's liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

13. Amendments to These Terms

hibj reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify registered players by email to the address on file and/or by posting a prominent notice on the hibj platform at least 7 days before the changes take effect.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through direct communication with our support team within 30 days of your initial complaint, both parties agree to attempt resolution through a neutral third-party mediation process before pursuing any formal legal action.

hibj is committed to fair play and transparent operations. All game outcomes are determined by certified RNG systems or live dealer processes that are independently monitored. Disputes regarding game outcomes must be submitted within 7 days of the relevant event, together with any supporting evidence such as game round IDs or transaction references.
